Introducing the In Person Ground School by Biagio Manna AME, AGI, CFI, at Air Mods Flight Academy: Review of the Instrument pilot ACS ( Airman Certification Standards). Join us on Thursday Nov 21 at 5:30 pm at AirMods Flight Academy for the review of The ACS Task A instrument pilot. The ACS is how the DPE ( Designated Pilot Examiner ) will evaluate you during the checkride, and studying and understanding the ACS is how you should prepare for the instrument pilot check ride. The ground school will take place at Air-Mods over several 2 to 3 hrs sessions over the next several months, depending on numbers of attendees. We will go thru each task for the Area Of Operation as these tasks are the ones the DPE will expect you to know for the oral and practical part of the check ride. You should bring a pencil and some paper as well as new or old sectional. There is no charge to attend. We look forward to seeing you there!
